The Intercultural Association of Michigan (IAM), in partnership with Trinity Lutheran Church, was honored to host a Dialogue Iftar Dinner on March 13, 2026, in Ann Arbor. This community-centered gathering welcomed individuals and families from diverse backgrounds for an evening of connection, conversation, and shared experience.
Open to all, the event created a warm and inclusive atmosphere where neighbors, friends, and community members came together to share a meal and engage in meaningful dialogue. The evening reflected the spirit of Ramadan, offering an opportunity to build understanding through simple, genuine interactions.
During the program, brief reflections were shared on the significance of Ramadan, highlighting values such as compassion, gratitude, and community. Conversations throughout the evening fostered mutual respect and strengthened connections across cultural and faith backgrounds.
